Frequently Asked Questions
Do the adjustable bases need a box spring?
No. A box spring should not be used with this base. The adjustable base provides sufficient support for your Beautyrest mattress and meets the Beautyrest Warranty requirements for support. The box springs are non-flexing and will not bend for the adjustable base.
How high are the Adjustable Bases and does each base come with height options?
Each model comes with the 3-in1 adjustable legs in stackable 4” increments to help ensure the perfect height for you. You can use the 4” legs for 4” bed height or stack with another 4” leg set for 8” height or stack all three 4” legs for 12” height. You can also remove the legs entirely for a zero-clearance design. Overall bed height can be measured using one of the four aforementioned options: 0”, 4”, 8” or 12” base height + your mattress height = overall bed height.
What Hotel Collection Adjustable Base sizes are available?
The bases are available in standard KING (base is a continuous surface; moves as one piece) and QUEEN (base is a continuous surface; moves as one piece). Other sizes are not available at this time.
Can I use the adjustable base with a Beautyrest 360 Two-Sided mattress?
No, the two-sided 360° mattresses are NOT approved for adjustable base use.
What size mattress do I purchase for my Hotel Collection Adjustable Base?
A KING size mattress fits the KING size adjustable bases; a QUEEN size mattress fits the QUEEN size adjustable base. You do not need to purchase a box spring if you purchase an adjustable base for your mattress. The adjustable base provides the support for the mattress.
Is the Hotel Collection Adjustable Base delivered with my mattress?
Yes, the base and the mattress will be delivered together. The delivery agent will bring both items into your home, set them up, and remove the old mattress set and packaging.
How long will it take to get my adjustable base?
All mattresses and bases sold on BeautyrestGuestPurchase.com are conveniently delivered using our complimentary White Glove Delivery experience. Typically, within 1 week of placing your order, you’ll be contacted by our shipping partner to select a delivery day that works best for your schedule. The day of your delivery, you’ll get a call confirming your delivery window. Upon delivery, they will set up your new mattress and base and remove your old mattress and any packaging for that mattress and base. Most items deliver within 2-5 weeks. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Does a remote come with the Hotel Collection Adjustable Bed Base?
Yes, a remote is included; The Silver model includes a wired remote control; Gold and Platinum models include wireless remote control.
Can I return my Hotel Collection Adjustable Bed Base?
No, Beautyrest Guest Purchase does not accept returns or exchanges.
What is the bed base warranty?
The Hotel Collection Adjustable Bed Base carries a 10-year limited warranty. Learn more here. Beautyrest Hospitality mattresses and box springs also carry a 10-year non-prorated manufacturer's warranty.
How do I order replacement parts for my adjustable base?
Ergomotion is the manufacturer of our Beautyrest Adjustable Bases.

Can a headboard be attached to the adjustable bases on Beautyrest.com?
Headboard brackets are optional and would need to be purchased directly from Ergomotion; Info@ergomotion.com.
Can any mattress be used on your adjustable bases?
All of the mattresses available through BeautyrestGuestPurchase.com, with the exception of the two-sided 360° models, or mattresses manufactured by Beautyrest after the year 2015 will work well on any of our adjustable bases.
For any non-Beautyrest mattresses, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to see if your mattress is adjustable base-friendly.
Do I need to assemble my base?
No! Assembly for the adjustable base is included with delivery.
What is the weight capacity of the Hotel Collection Adjustable Base?
This base is not rated to support weights over 750 pounds, including the mattress and bedding, provided it is evenly distributed across the bed base.
Do the Hotel Collection Adjustable Bases have a wall hugger feature?
No, these bases do not include a wall hugger feature.
Can my base be used with a hospital bed?
No. The Beautyrest adjustable bases were designed solely for in-home use and not designed to meet hospital standards, so they should not be used in that way.
