Given concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, our final mile provider, XPO, has decided to temporarily discontinue White Glove Delivery, which includes our standard home delivery program. Effective immediately, XPO will move to a “no contact” method for making in-home deliveries. Drivers will deliver customer orders primarily across the front door threshold, in a garage or alternate location that shelters the product from inclement weather, if the customer requests it. We will also discontinue old bedding removal, pick-ups and product exchanges until further notice. All orders received on Monday, March 30 or after will be scheduled as threshold delivery. We will provide a $33 credit per threshold delivery to offset the difference in the White Glove Delivery cost. Thank you in advance for your support as we continue to navigate these uncharted waters.
