•Serta Simmons Hospitality beds are made exclusively for hotels and guests.
•The bed includes a mattress and box spring or mattress only and fits on a standard frame.
•Prior to signing for the delivery of the bed, it is important that you inspect the mattress and box spring carefully for damage that may have occurred due to shipping. While this does not happen often, if there is any type of damage, it is important that you refuse the bed and contact us immediately. We will do our best to deliver another bed to you as soon as possible.
•The bed carries a ten-year Serta Simmons Warranty for defects in workmanship.
•You may expect to receive a call from the delivery company, usually within 4-6 weeks or sooner, to schedule the delivery of your bed.
•Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm. When you receive a call from the delivery agent to set up delivery, they will advise the day of delivery to your area. You will be provided a 4-5 hour window of availability.
•If you will not be home for delivery and someone else will be receiving the bed, please leave the inspection instructions with the person who will be signing for the bed.
•In the event of any unanticipated delays with your delivery, we recommend that you do not remove the old bed until you receive your new bed.
•Please note: It is your responsibility to assemble the bed frame prior to the scheduled delivery of your mattress. The delivery company is not responsible for this assembly.
•After completing your order online you may be contacted within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Fri) regarding your purchase.
•Please check your email order confirmation carefully to make certain that your order is correct. If there are any errors, please contact Customer Service immediately.
•Order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing with no fees. Orders cancelled after 48 hours and prior to delivery will be subject to 25% cancellation/warehousing/restocking fee.
•Beds are not returnable nor exchangeable. We do not offer comfort guarantees.
•Serta Simmons Bedding reserves the right to ship the updated model with new textile cover; website images represent the products and may not be exact.
